ABS & Back
Stand Tall! Perform 15 minutes of extremely focused abdominal and back exercises aimed at strengthening muscles which serve to properly align & support the spine.
BodySmith Workout:
This class features local television fitness personality Larry Smith as he combines the best of Hi/Lo aerobic exercise and step exercise. Designed with a variety of easy-to-follow floor and step patterns, this class is appealing to all fitness levels. If you enjoy variety in your workout, this is the class for you.
Cardio Camp
NEW! Challenge your metabolism to keep up with this class! Drills utilizing the jump rope, step, and your own body weight make this class unique. Take the intensity to YOUR level.
Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a sstanding circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation.
≈Cardio Splash
This class format is designed for a more advanced water workout utilizing sports conditioning moves to create a more intense cardiovascular workout.

Burn up to 450 calories in 45 minutes! Yes! Everyone will win with this 45 minute indoor ride set to fun, motivating music. New participants will be properly fit for their bike. Class size is limited. To reserve your spot, check-in at the Service Desk.
GROUP POWER
Your HOUR OF POWER! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.

Proven results while protecting joints. Cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening performed in the water. Aqua dumbbells and other floating devices are used to enhance the strength component of class while the water cushions the impact.
≈ Kids Monster Mania
Children will enjoy playing on ESAC inflatable pool toys while being supervised by ESAC staff. In order to participate in Monster Mania your child must be able to swim the width of the pool or must be accompanied by an adult. Monster Mania is FREE to all family memberships.
Middle Management
A non-cardio, functional training class that concentrates on strengthening and reshaping your legs, abdominal and back muscles.
MSROM (Muscular Strength and Range of Movement)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
NCAP H20 Exercise
Same as H20-X but held OFF SITE at the North Clackamas Aquatic Park.

Step Challenge
Choreography is more challenging. Strength! – We’ve taken The Lift and given it a new spin! Muscular strength training that challenges your endurance by incorporating movement. You are sure to get a great weight workout as well as cardiovascular conditioning!
30 Minute Meltdown
Melt it off in 30 minutes! A Personal Trainer guides this class to offer intense interval training that is proven to INCREASE the fat BURNIING process and the muscle building effect.
Yoga I
Yoga is proven to increase mental and physical well being. Beginning and advanced students alike are welcome to improve health by focusing on proper breath, alignment, and individual flexibility and strength. You will progress through a combination of flowing and sustained postures and will learn to hold the postures for an extended time. Class size is limited. Yoga II
Same description as above but more progressive combinations for advanced students. Class size is limited. To reserve your spot, check-in at the Service Desk.
YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restoration breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
