Fitness Training...getting started

powerclassRegardless of whether you are new to exercise or already regularly active, we recognize the challenges of a new facility, new faces and a new routine. We offer a variety of opportunities to help you get started easily! Our training approach combines high-touch service and high-tech equipment. All new club members participate in two introductory consultation appointments:

Initial Fitness Consultation

This complimentary one hour 1-on-1 appointment includes a brief health appraisal, questions & answers segment, exercise 'how to' prescription and much more. Based on your fitness level and interests, we'll design a customized fitness program and will overview the appropriate equipment and workout routine best suited to you and your busy schedule.

Fit Check Appointment

This additional complimentary 1-on-1 appointment serves as a 'checkup' and insures your future success. In just 30 minutes, your Fitness Trainer will review your workout routine and add/adjust accordingly. We supply the motivation and education to keep you on track.

CERTIFIED STAFF... it's teamwork!

All fitness team members at ESAC and WSAC are college degreed in the field of exercise/physical fitness OR are certified by one of the following respected entities: American Council of Exercise, or American College of Sports Medicine. You're in good hands as you endeavor to make positive lifestyle changes...let us HELP!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Maximize your time at the club with the guidance of your very own Personal Trainer. Accelerate your rate of achievement through teamwork! Personal Training sessions are available in cost-saving packages, as gift certificates for someone near and dear, or on an individual "trial" basis.

We also have many opportunities for you to receive personalized attention, motivation and education at substantial savings.

Semi-Private Training - Grab a friend or two and share your fitness experience while reaping the rewards of Professional Coaching. Packages for 2 to 4 people available in packages from 1-12 visits.

Monthly Group Training - Schedule your workouts twice weekly and "GET IT DONE!" The consistency of twice weekly appointments insures success. Monthly training available for small groups of 3 or 4. We'll match you with workout partners if you so desire.

1- on- 1 Training - Maximize your workout sessions with Private Coaching sessions. Packages available in 1 hour or 1/2 hour increments.

Tele-Coaching - Fit your Trainer in...Anytime! Weekly phone calls keep you on track, motivated, educated and accountable!

Members interested in Personal Training may schedule a FREE 15 minute informational meeting with a trainer.
