Expertise: Functional training, circuit training, dance fitness, effective exercise prescription, postural correction.
Hobbies: Outdoor workouts, Ballroom dancing, costume design, hiking, live music, biking.>
Mitch- Group fitness coordinator
Qualifications/Education: National Personal Training Institute/NSCA Certification, dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional
Experience: Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor since 2008
Expertise: Well-rounded and able to tailor personalized workouts to fit any fitness level while incorporating functional and strength training, fat loss and athletic conditioning. Well-versed in healthy and sustainable lifestyle coaching.
