Boot Camps, TRX, Kettle Bells & MORE! Seeking maximum results in a short amount of time? Join one of our NEW FITGROUPS! All FitGroups are led by our certified fitness professionals. To keep your interest peaked, new FitGroups are starting all the time. Check with the Service Desk for current class details. FitGroups consist of 45min. classes, with 2x/week and 1x/week class options.
Biggest Loser Team Challenge
Are you ready to lose the weight and gain strength and energy? Join our competition and increase your workouts and knowledge about fitness and nutrition. You’ll get 8 weeks of group training along with all the extra guidance and motivation you need to reach your goals.
Amazing Fitness Race
A fun game to motivate you, help you stay committed and active and introduce you to as many different programs as possible around the club. Building rapport with other members and staff is a key element to your success.
Who: Anyone! All ages and fitness levels welcome. Must form teams of 2 people. Min. age: 10 *Must be Jr. Certified. (Get your kids involved too!)
What: Teams will compete against each other, performing fitness “tasks” they receive in weekly clues. Upon completion, your team will receive the next week’s clue. Race lasts 6 weeks.
Battle of The Sexes
Each group will be put through a fitness test at the beginning of the game. They will then have six weeks of workouts with our trainers designed to improve overall fitness. Participants can come to a group training each day (Mon-Fri)! That means the possibility of FIVE group workouts a week! At the end of the game participants will repeat the fitness test and see how much they have improved. The group with the highest percentage of improvement will win. There will also be a prize awarded for the individual with the most improvement. What are you waiting for?
Don’t fall off the fitness wagon this summer! Stay motivated with our six-week Summer Survivor Fitness Game. Earn points working out in the club, outdoors or even on vacation! Choose your trainer and they will help you stay on track for the summer! Includes one group workout each week with your trainer.
