PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Our pool is now OPEN…come take a SPLASH!
Our fabulous PRIVATE SWIM LESSON PROGRAM is back in action! We’re excited to offer instruction and safety for youngsters with little or no experience swimming. All lessons will be taught 1 on 1 with our trained and experienced staff. Private instructional slots are limited and spaces will fill up fast. Please contact our service desk to register for Private Lessons and/or for more information.
This program is designed to educate youth participants about safe effective exercise and appropriate behavior in the fitness center. The course is geared for kids ages 10-12yrs old with use of the fitness center normally restricted to 13yrs of age or older. Once the course is completed, kids have full access to the fitness center. Classes can be scheduled one on one with James or our small group Jr. Cert course scheduled for Friday Oct 23rd 4:00-6:00pm.
PE Club is a safe socially-distanced class for kids 6-8 & 9-11 with a mix of games, exercises and education! The class will be held in the large group fitness studio. PE Club’s curriculum was developed by James, our Exercise Scientist. He’ll lead the group through each and every PE Club class. Twice per week all month long!
Classes are held M/W & T/TH 3:00-3:45 (Ages 6-8) & 4:00-4:45 (Ages 9-11).

Looking to reduce your stress? Yoga is a powerful & mindful practice that will not only help you reduce stress and anxiety, but will also increase your flexibility and build strength, all while boosting your immunity. Pop-in to one of our yoga classes this week!
Do you have trouble getting up and down off of the floor? Join one of our ActiveAdult Yoga classes where we utilize chairs to practice yoga.

HALLOWEEN DANCE PARTY!
Join your favorite dance fitness instructors for this 75 minute dance party! You will be having so much fun dancing that you won’t realize you are exercising. The party will last 75 minutes but stay for as long as you can. Costumes are not required but are encouraged.

Just a friendly reminder that masks or face shields are required in ALL areas at ALL times, except when swimming or showering. Please respect others and wear them properly. Face shields are available in our pro shop for only $5.
