Thanksgiving Day Club Hours
Both Milwaukie and Clackamas Clubs will be open from 9am-1pm on Turkey Day. Enjoy the holiday and eat responsibly!
Clackamas News & Events:
Thursday, November 23rd 11:45am attend Strength & Cardio class in this combined format to get some calories worked off before that delicous dinner.
New Group Classes
Tuesday and Thursday lineup is kicking it up a notch! Join Larae for the new 11:45-12:30 ActiveAdult Cardio class. Complete a great overall body workout and YOU set the pace! Follow that up with the Tabata-Lite class which start at 12:45pm. See you there!
Beach Ball Volley
Wedneday, November 1st & 15th 1:30-2:30pm. This is a fun non-competitive chair "Volleyball" game using a beach ball, and it's a fun cardio workout!
Monday, November 6th and 20th 1:30-2:30pm. Play as many cards asyou like...maybe win a prize or two! Cost: 15 cents per triple card per game.
November 8th is the start of the Oregon Food Bank Project. This a great way to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
Friday, November 10th is THE LAST DAY TO ORDER TICKETS for StumpTown Stage's "A Christmas Carol" Cost: $26 per seat. Get social while kicking off the Holidays in a fun way!
Try the new Precor circuit training equipment located along the north windows of the Club! Eight fantastic strength training pieces designed to tone and strengthen. Afterwards, stretch those muscles back out on the new, cushy mats located around the Club.

We are celebrating November Birthdays together at Bob's Red MIll in Milwaukie Tuesday, November 28th at 1:00pm. Many of our members said they've never been to this wonderful place! Join us for food, friends, and fun. Please register at the service desk for the Birthday Lunch.
Here's a challenge...Can you think of one thing to be thankful for EACH day of November? Join our Thankfullness Challenge! Pick up a calendar to put on your fridge at home to record your entry each day. Bring your completed calendar back on Friday, Decmeber 1st for a fun prize!
