Welcome to the ActiveAdult E-Lert Page. Please see below for activities for both the East Side Milwaukie and Clackamas Clubs. Make new friends and have twice as much fun as you attend activities for both clubs!
Clackamas News & Events:
April 4th - Wednesday - Beach Ball Volley
This is a fun, non-competitive chair "volleyball", only with a beach ball, and it's a fun cardio workout!
April 18th - Wednesday - 1:30-2:30pm - Bingo
Play as many cards as you like. Maybe even win a prize or two.
Cost: 15cents per triple card, pre game.
April 24th - Tuesday - 10am-7pm - Spirit Mountain Casino Trip
Enjoy a fun day, and a variety of eating options. $5 to reserves your bus seat, refunded when you actually sit in the seat.
April 28th - Saturday - 10:30am - Walking "101"
Meet in studio 2 to learn some basic skills, for more efficient fitness walking.
May 10th - Mom's Day Social/Albertina's Kitchen
May 19th - Walk and Lunch - Japanese Gardens
June 2nd - Walk and Lunch - Foothjills Park
June 16th - Dad's Day Social - Timberline Lodge
