SHOC RUN - BE ON THE TEAM
Join East Side Athletic Club in supporting the SHOC Foundation on their mission of raising funds for ovarian and gynecologic research. The SHOC Foundation will be hosting their 15th annual run & walk on Saturday, August 3rd. Your ESAC friends made up the LARGEST TEAM OF ALL in the 2018 event and plan to be even bigger yet this year! JR. FITNESS SUMMER CAMPS
East Side Athletic Club will be running Jr. Fitness Summer Camps for kids ages 10-14. Camps will be held on our newly remodeled Infinity Zone....with turf training, sled work, stability balls, battle ropes, monkey bars and endless amounts of fun! Camps will run 9:00-12pm M-Th. CHeck with our service desk for more info. Space fills quickly so register your youngster NOW! Mbrs $99 | Non-Mbrs $119

MORNING SWIM LESSONS
Every summer East Side Athletic Club offers Morning Swim Lessons on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am – 12:30pm. Space is limited and classes will only run in July and August; with registration open now!
Register now for Summer Swim lesson dates! You can register today for classes starting June through August of 2019! Our classes will be filling fast! Swim lessons run Mon/Wed & Tues/Thurs for 4 weeks with a class size of 4 kids max. Executive families receive a 10% discount on lessons!

TAE KWON DO
The June session of Tae Kwon Do starts Wednesday, July 10th from 7:15 – 8:15pm. Students will learn practical self-defense skills, gain confidence and set their own goals, testing for belts when they are ready. Sessions are just $39 per month!
ADULT SWIM TRAINING
Join Coach Ray in our new Adult Swim Training Class starting Wednesday June 5th 7:00 – 7:45pm. Participants will learn from our Head Swim Team Coach and learn stroke development, stroke refinement, endurance techniques and more. Adult Swim Training is open to people of all skill levels.

NORTH LAKE PHYSICAL THERAPY
DNorth Lake has a full-service Physical Therapy clinic IN both East Side Athletic Club locations. As a club member, you're welcome to stop by to schedule your complimentary 10-minute consultation appointment (If you happen to have an issue or injury). The professional staff at North Lake will direct you toward proper home care or next-step planning.
JOIN A FITGROUP - SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Definition: FitGroup (noun); A small group of 4-8 exercisers working with certified/degreed Fitness Coach to help you get the most out of your workouts. The 45 minutes sessions take place once OR twice per week and provide accountability, variety, and everything you need to look, feel, and BE at YOUR BEST. These are by far the most popular and most FUN way to get amazing results in minimal time.
When: Saturdays 9-9:45 am
What: Dryland Training for team members on the ESAC Swim Team. These workouts will give kids a greater advantage in any sport, but specifically swimming, by targeting the areas proven to get faster times and stay injury free.
When: Tuesday/Thursdays 5:15-6 pm
What: FitCamp - Come have fun with Patrick in his functional training group that has everything your body NEEDS to look, feel, and be at its best! This bootcamp style workout pushes your cardio and strength to its max.
When: Monday/Wednesdays 6:15-7 pm
What: Strong, Fast, and Fit - This athletic focused FitGroup with Melissa will boost your weekend warrior abilities and help you stay healthy while at it. You don't need to be athletic by any means, but you do need to be ready for your athleticism to greatly improve!
When: Tuesday/Thursday 9:15-10 am
What: Functional Fanatics - Do you want to make life easier...at least move around easier? Chris' workouts will get you bending, lifting, jogging, biking, easier then ever before. These carefully planned workouts will allow your body more flexibility and the ability to get your body stronger than its ever been!
When: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 10-10:45 am
What: Active Adult FitGroups - Are you 65+ and struggling with knowing what is most beneficial for your body? If your answer is yes, you need to meet Donna. She takes her groups through workouts geared specifically for aging bodies and assisting them in getting the best quality of life. Be your very best…which is fantastic! Join Donna’s group!
