Are you looking to expand your personal YOGA experience? Did you know that yoga can be more than just stretching and toning? Your personal yoga practice can include both physical and mental healing. Join Rachel for a private session to develop a yoga practice that is tailored for you. She is qualified to teach yoga as a strength & conditioning practice, trauma, sensitivity, and mindfulness through Ayurvedic restorative yoga (utilizing yoga therapies to alter the physiology of the body in a manner that supports the healing process). Teaching style is based on the practice of mindfulness, basic yoga and yoga therapy. Qualifications include Trauma Informed Brain Sensitive - Level 1, 200 hr Yoga training, adaptive & restorative yoga certified. Currently enrolled in an Ayurvedic Yoga and 300 hr Yoga Therapist program, certificate in 2020. Check in with the service desk to book your appointment and learn about rates … just do it for YOU!



Definition: FitGroup (noun); A small group of 4-8 exercisers working with a certified/degreed Fitness Professional who will COACH you resulting in maximum results!   The 45 minutes sessions take place once OR twice per week and provide accountability, variety, and everything you need to look, feel, and BE at YOUR BEST.  FitGroups are by far the most popular and most FUN way to get amazing results in minimal time.

What: FitCamp - Come have fun with Patrick in his functional training group that has everything your body NEEDS to look, feel, and be at its best! This bootcamp style workout pushes your cardio and strength to its max. 


When: Tuesday/Thursday 9:15-10 am

What: Functional Fanatics - Do you want to make life easier...at least move around easier? Chris' workouts will get you bending, lifting, jogging, biking, easier than ever before. These carefully planned workouts will allow your body more flexibility and the ability to get your body stronger than its ever been!


When: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 10-10:45 am (Choose 2 days/week to attend)

What: Active Adult FitGroups - Are you 65+ and struggling with knowing what is most beneficial for your body? If your answer is yes, you need to meet Donna. She takes her groups through workouts geared specifically for aging bodies and assisting them in getting the best quality of life.  Be your very best…which is fantastic!  Join Donna’s group!


When: Tuesday/Thursday 12-12:45pm

What: Lunch Time workouts are a fantastic way to squeeze in that workout without taking time before or after work! Sneak out of the office or get out of the house and get stronger while learning to move better and blazing through those calories.

Private Swim lessons are one of the best ways for your child to learn and develop new skills in the water. With flexible scheduling we can work with parents busy schedules and help your child grow more confident in the water.



 You can register today for classes starting January through March of 2020. Our classes will be filling fast! Swim lessons run Mon/Wed & Tues/Thurs for 4 weeks with a class size of 4 kids max.  These “quad squad” format classes insure success!  Executive families receive a 10% discount on lessons


Join Coach Ray for our Adult Swim Training with the next session starting in February. Participants will learn from our Head Swim Team Coach and learn stroke development, stroke refinement, endurance techniques and more! Classes can be one on one or in a group setting. Classes run Monday/Wednesday/Friday evening; register at the service desk.  It’s NOT too late to be water safe AND to enjoy the freedom of efficient movement through the water.


This program is designed to educate participants about safe effective exercise and appropriate behavior in the fitness center. This class is for kids ages 10-12yrs old with use of the fitness center normally restricted to 13yrs of age or older. Once completed kids will have full access to the fitness center.   Allow your child the sense of INDEPENDENCE in the club….get him/her Junior Certified with our professional coaching staff.  Our next class is scheduled for Friday January 17th  5:00-8:00pm.
