Our Fitness Team Members are ready to help YOU reach YOUR goals. Training is available in 1-on-1 or semi private hour and half hour sessions for both members and non members. Contact the Club most convenient for you and speak with one of our Fitness Team Members about which option is best for you.

Boot Camps, TRX, Kettle Bells & MORE! Seeking maximum results in a short amount of time? Join one of our NEW FITGROUPS! All FitGroups are led by our certified fitness professionals. To keep your interest peaked, new FitGroups are starting all the time. Check with the Service Desk for current class details. FitGroups consist of 45min. classes, with 2x/week and 1x/week class options.

 Biggest Loser Team Challenge
Are you ready to lose the weight and gain strength and energy? Join our competition and increase your workouts and knowledge about fitness and nutrition. You’ll get 8 weeks of group training along with all the extra guidance and motivation you need to reach your goals.

 Summer Meltdown
Summer Meltdown is a 4-week program led by our Personal Trainers that will help you get in shape for all your summer activities.  Participants get group training once a week as well as motivation, nutritional guidance, accountability and a whole lot of FUN!  Each trainer has a different day and time available.
