Endurance Swim Training
Join Coach Bryant Howard for weekly group swim workouts. All levels and abilities are welcome to swim. This is a great way to cross train or achieve a new goal. This is a fee program. First week is free!! Monday/Wednesday from 6:00-7:00am.
Beginners Class: Tai Chi is a slow graceful form of Chinese exercise that benefits body and mind. This form helps improve balance, physical condition and muscle strength. This class is especially designed for beginners.
Intermediate Class: For students who have learned at least the first 12 movements of the Yang Style 24 Movement Form. Emphasis with be continued learning and refinement of the form.
Women & Teen Girls Self Defense
Learn to empower yourself against violence through simple and effective martial arts skills and proven violence prevention principles. Topics include: Sexual assault, Stalking, Workplace violence and more. A nationally recognized program taught by an experienced safety expert, Ken Niezgoda.
Shudokan School of Karate offers traditional Okinawan karate for all age and skill levels. Students enjoy improved coordination, strength and flexibility, as well as, increased sense of security and confidence. Karate empowers younger students by teaching them how to concentrate and to focus their positive energy constructively, which benefits them at school and at home.
Classes held Mon/Wed 7:15-8:15pm. 1 student $65/month, 2 family members $120/month, $30/month for additional family members.
