ActiveAdult Classes are geared for older adults. Fitness Classes include Water Aerobics, Seated Strength & Yoga Classes, Cardio Classes and many others to keep you fit! Levels 1 and 2 available for some class offerings. All fitness levels are welcome!

Beginners Class: Tai Chi is a slow graceful form of Chinese exercise that benefits body and mind. This form helps improve balance, physical condition and muscle strength. This class is especially designed for beginners.
Intermediate Class: For students who have learned at least the first 12 movements of the Yang Style 24 Movement Form. Emphasis with be continued learning and refinement of the form.

Shudokan School of Karate offers traditional Okinawan karate for all ages and skill levels. Students enjoy improved coordination, strength and flexibility, as well as, increased sense of security and confidence. Karate empowers younger students by teaching them how to concentrate and to focus their positive energy constructively, which benefits them at school and at home.
