LIVE CLASSES
ActiveAdult Cardio
Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you-safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
ActiveAdult Yoga
With the support of a chair, enjoy yoga poses and positions while increasing your overall balance and muscle endurance. Strengthen your body and relax your mind.
Group Power
Your HOUR OF POWER! This 60 min barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
Kid Fit
An hour of non-stop, action packed fun! Kids age 5-10 will play games which highlight teamwork, sportsmanship and fitness.
SilverSneakers – Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Step
A combination of the step you love with a HIIT of fun that will push your calorie burn to the max!!
Strength & Conditioning
Transform your body, boost your energy, and unleash your inner strength! This class will help you build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness.
Water Exercise
Proven results while protecting joints. Cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening performed in the water. Aqua dumbbells and other floating devices are used to enhance the strength component of class while the water cushions the impact.
Water Circuit
Push your limits with the safety of the water. Aquatic exercise set in a circuit format.
Ditch the workout and join the PARTY! This easy to follow, Latin based aerobics class is perfect for all generations and all fitness levels. Working out is easy when you look forward to. You’re invited! Join the party.

Group Blast
Group Blast® is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy.

Group Centergy
Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Group Core
Group Core® gives you three-dimensional strength in 30 action-packed minutes. A stronger core, from your shoulders to your hips, improves athletic performance and enhances Movement Health. Group Fight
Group Fight® is a gripping hour that builds cardio fitness, total-body strength, and coordination. Combine the hottest, adrenaline-fueled MMA movements from the boxing ring to the fighting cage with cutting-edge exercises from outside the octagon. Thrilling music and motivational coaching will get you fighting fit. FIGHT FOR IT!
Group Groove
Group Groove® is a sizzling cardio experience that will make you sweat with a smile. During this energizing hour of dance fitness, you’ll experience a fusion of club, hip-hop, and Latin dance styles set to the hottest current hits and the best dance songs ever produced! IF YOU CAN MOVE, YOU CAN GROOVE!
Group Power
Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong.
