Private and Semi Private Training

Our Fitness Team Members are ready to help YOU reach YOUR goals. Training is available in 1-on-1 or semi private hour and half hour sessions for both members and non members. Contact the Club most convenient for you and speak with one of our Fitness Team Members about which option is best for you.



FitGroups - Small Group Training

Boot Camps, TRX, Kettle Bells & MORE! Seeking maximum results in a short amount of time? Join one of our Fitgroups! All FitGroups are led by our certified fitness Coaches. To keep your interest peaked, new FitGroups are starting all the time. Check with the Service Desk for current class details. FitGroups consist of 45min. classes, with 2x/week and 1x/week class options.
